Use Case
I paid for my flight in USD, but the hotel and trains in Japan were all in yen… It’s such a hassle to figure out how much I actually spent.
With TravelPassport, you can get the latest exchange rates with one tap, and see your total expenses converted into dollars!
How to use
- On the [Event Edit] screen, select both your home currency (USD) and the currency you paid in (like JPY). (If both are the same, the exchange rate field will be hidden.)
- Tap the exchange rate update button to use the most current rates.
- Your total trip spending will show up in the [Trip List] screen. You can set or update your home currency anytime in [Settings].
With the free plan, you can update exchange rates up to 5 times per month. Upgrade to the premium plan for unlimited updates.
