You can delete your TravelPassport account at any time directly from the app.
We prioritize your control over your data.
How to delete your account
- Open the TravelPassport app
- Go to Settings
- Tap “Delete Account”
- Confirm the deletion
What will be deleted
- Your account information
- Your purchase history (Travel Pass records)
What will NOT be deleted
- Your travel data (itineraries, plans, tickets, etc.)
* Travel data is stored locally on your device and is not stored on our servers.
Deleting your account does not remove data stored on your device.
Additional notes
You can sign in again at any time as a new user.
