TravelPassport\u2019s AI-powered feature lets you automatically create events from your imported travel-related email PDFs. No need to manually enter event details\u2014the AI extracts relevant information and registers it as an event for you. This guide will show you how to use this feature to streamline your travel planning and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two ways to create events from a PDF file using AI: starting from \u201cFile Registration\u201d or from \u201cEvent Registration.\u201d Here, we will explain the method starting from File Registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Please make sure to import the PDF file (for example, from an email) into TravelPassport in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Display the File List Screen in TravelPassport<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Open TravelPassport and select the trip for which you want to register an event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to change the order of your trips, press and hold the trip image to move it up or down.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Tap the \u201cUpload Files\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The red number on the Register File button indicates how many unregistered files (tickets) you have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can switch the display format of the event list using the tile or list buttons in the upper right corner.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Select the file you want to register and tap \u201cApply.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you select multiple files, the order they appear in the event will follow the order you selected them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To remove a file, tap it again to show a red \u2713, and it will be removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tap the \u201cAI\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The types of files that can be analyzed by AI are image files (jpeg, jpg, png) and document files (pdf, txt).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If an error occurs, please wait for a while and try again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For free plan users, the AI analysis feature can be used up to 10 times per month (the count resets at the end of each month). To use it more than 10 times, you need to subscribe to the Premium Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cRegister with AI\u201d button is only available when creating a new event; it is not available when editing an event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you select \u201cManually,\u201d you will be taken to a blank event screen where you can enter all the details manually.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
