{"id":136,"date":"2025-04-17T14:35:28","date_gmt":"2025-04-17T05:35:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mytravelsupporter.com\/?page_id=136"},"modified":"2026-04-16T15:35:07","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T06:35:07","slug":"terms-travelpassport","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/mytravelsupporter.com\/en\/terms-travelpassport\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms of Use (TravelPassport)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Effective Date: April 16, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms of Use (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern the use of the TravelPassport application (\u201cApp\u201d) provided by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mgate.co.jp\">MGate Co., Ltd.<\/a> (\u201cCompany\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-st-heading-custom-count\">Scope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and users regarding the use of the App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-st-heading-custom-count\">Service Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The App provides tools for managing and organizing travel-related information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The App is intended to support travel planning and management and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-st-heading-custom-count\">Travel Pass<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The App offers a paid feature called \u201cTravel Pass.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Travel Pass has the following characteristics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is available for a fixed period upon a one-time purchase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usage begins immediately after purchase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It does not automatically renew<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The scope and functionality of Travel Pass are subject to what is displayed within the App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-st-heading-custom-count\">Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pricing and billing conditions are determined by the App Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-st-heading-custom-count\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple\u2019s policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company does not provide direct refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-st-heading-custom-count\">Purchase Synchronization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Travel Pass purchases are made through the App Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The activation and synchronization of purchase status may require verification and synchronization through the Company\u2019s systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An internet connection and appropriate user authentication may be required to synchronize purchase information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-st-heading-custom-count\">Account and Data Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Users are responsible for managing their use of the App and any data they store within it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-st-heading-custom-count\">Prohibited Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Users must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Violate any applicable laws or regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interfere with the operation of the App<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempt unauthorized access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-st-heading-custom-count\">Changes and Suspension of Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The Company may modify or discontinue the App at any time if deemed necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-st-heading-custom-count\">Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data loss, corruption, or leakage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issues arising from third-party services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accuracy of AI-generated results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decisions made by users based on information provided by the App<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interruptions or unavailability of the App<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-st-heading-custom-count\">Apple-Specific Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Acknowledgement:<\/strong><br>These Terms are concluded between the User and the Company, not with Apple. The Company, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Applicable Terms:<\/strong><br>Your use of the App is subject to these Terms, Apple\u2019s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/legal\/internet-services\/itunes\/dev\/stdeula\/\">https:\/\/www.apple.com\/legal\/internet-services\/itunes\/dev\/stdeula\/<\/a>), and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/legal\/internet-services\/itunes\/jp\/terms.html\">https:\/\/www.apple.com\/legal\/internet-services\/itunes\/jp\/terms.html<\/a>). In the event of any conflict, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Scope of License:<\/strong>\u00a0<br>The App is licensed, not sold, to the user.<br>The license is limited, non-transferable, and granted for use on Apple-branded devices in accordance with Apple\u2019s usage rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Maintenance and Support:&nbsp;<\/strong><br>The Company is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App, except as required by applicable law. The User and the Company acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Warranty:<\/strong><br>The App is provided \u201cas is\u201d and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranty of any kind. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Product Claims:<\/strong><br>The User and the Company acknowledge that the Company, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by the User or any third party relating to the App or the User\u2019s possession and\/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Intellectual Property Rights:<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>The User and the Company acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the App or the User\u2019s possession and use of the App infringes that third party\u2019s intellectual property rights, the Company, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Legal Compliance:<\/strong><br>You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a \u201cterrorist supporting\u201d country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Third Party Terms of Agreement:<\/strong><br>You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (e.g., wireless data service agreements).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10.
